About CE-ITI
The Center of Excellence - Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (CE-ITI) is a research center for theoretical computer science and discrete mathematics. Besides conducting research on its own, the institute organizes various research-oriented events and supports research collaboration. The Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (ITI) was established in 2000, and, in years 2000 – 2011, it was supported by the Czech Ministry of Education (under projects LN00A056, 2000 – 2004, and 1M0545, 2005 – 2011). Since 2012, the activities of the institute continue under the name Center of Excellence - Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (CE-ITI), with support of the Czech Science Foundation (GAČR), as project GBP202/12/G061. The central administration of the institute is at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, in Prague.
